WP4
TRAINING & SCHOOL IMPLEMENTATION
Bringing CYBERSAFE into real school environments
WP4 moves from technological development to practical educational implementation.
Teachers will be trained, students will participate in structured prevention activities and schools will test the CYBERSAFE approach in their everyday educational environments.
4.1 Development of Training Materials
October 2027 – March 2028
The partnership will prepare practical resources for educators, including:
training modules
teacher guides
lesson materials
implementation guidance
toolkit instructions
4.2 Teacher Training Workshops
March 2028
At least 100 teachers and school staff will receive training on:
using the CYBERSAFE toolkit;
recognising emerging digital risks;
facilitating classroom discussions;
interpreting aggregated insights;
integrating prevention activities into school practice.
4.3 Implementation in Pilot Schools
April – June 2028
CYBERSAFE will be implemented across:
18 pilot schools
with approximately
750 students
Students will participate in age-adapted educational and prevention activities.
4.4 Collection & Analysis of Feedback
May – June 2028
Teachers and students will provide structured feedback on:
usability
relevance
engagement
learning experience
implementation challenges
The results will guide final refinement.
4.5 Platform Adoption Monitoring
June – July 2028
The partnership will monitor how the toolkit is used and integrated within participating schools.
Indicators will include teacher engagement and student participation.
4.6 Policy Recommendations & AI Integration Guidance
July 2028
Evidence from implementation will contribute to practical recommendations for schools and education authorities.
4.7 TPM2 — Pilot Evaluation & Full Roll-Out Coordination
Türkiye — January 2028
The second Transnational Project Meeting will focus on pilot evaluation, capacity building and coordination of the full implementation phase.
STUDENT AMBASSADORS
An important element of WP4 is the creation of a peer-led prevention model.
50 STUDENT AMBASSADORS
will help promote:
responsible online behaviour
peer awareness
positive digital culture
student participation
The project expects at least two awareness activities per pilot school supported through the Ambassador model.
WP4 RESULT
A validated whole-school prevention approach combining trained teachers, empowered students and responsible AI-supported tools.
