WP3

DEVELOPMENT OF AI-BASED EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS

January 2027 – March 2028

Transforming research into practical educational technology

WP3 develops the core technological components of CYBERSAFE.

The project will create an integrated AI-supported cyber safety system designed to help schools strengthen prevention and digital-risk education.

3.1 Technical Specification Document

January – April 2027

The technical architecture and functional requirements of the CYBERSAFE system will be defined on the basis of WP2 findings.

3.2 AI-Powered Educational Mobile Application

January – August 2027

An interactive educational environment will support students and teachers through:

3.3 AI-Driven Virtual Case Study Generator

March – June 2027

The system will generate realistic and age-appropriate scenarios that teachers can use for classroom discussion and experiential learning.

Examples may address:

cyberbullying · grooming · sexting · privacy · manipulation · responsible online behaviour

3.4 Cyber Safety Analysis Engine

May – September 2027

The analysis engine will process anonymised and aggregated information to identify recurring digital-risk themes and support school-level prevention planning.

It will not be designed for surveillance or individual student scoring.

3.5 Testing & Optimisation

September – October 2027

Technical and pedagogical testing will identify usability issues, technical problems and areas requiring refinement.

3.6 Distribution & Implementation in Partner Schools

November 2027 – January 2028

The toolkit will be introduced into participating schools in preparation for full implementation.

3.7 Final Release

February – March 2028

Feedback from testing and pilot use will support the release of the final validated version of the CYBERSAFE system.

PILOT ROUND 1

The initial testing phase is expected to involve:

8–10 schools

at least 50 teachers

approximately 300–400 students

Feedback will directly inform optimisation of the tools.
