Keeping CYBERSAFE coordinated, accountable and on track

WP1 provides the management structure needed to ensure that the partnership delivers its activities on time, within budget and in accordance with quality, safeguarding and data-protection requirements.

Main management activities

Project coordination
Overall supervision of project implementation and partner responsibilities.

Monthly coordination meetings
Partners review completed tasks, upcoming milestones, potential delays and corrective actions.

Financial monitoring
Budget implementation is reviewed regularly, with partner-level financial tracking and quarterly summaries.

Quality assurance
Deliverables and activities are reviewed against pedagogical, methodological, ethical and safeguarding standards.

Progress monitoring
Structured internal reviews are carried out every six months.

Risk management
A dynamic Risk Register identifies operational, technical, ethical and institutional risks and corresponding mitigation measures.

Transnational checkpoints
TPM1 and TPM2 provide formal opportunities to assess implementation progress and validate key decisions.
